Please bring your valid passport and a copy of the passport. You must bring the same identity document on the test day as the one recorded on your Application Form. If you hold a different identification other than passport on the test day, you will not be allowed to take the test and you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. 

You must arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the test time to complete your ID check, finger scanning and digital photo taking. Candidates who arrive late will be disqualified and will NOT be admitted into the test room. Refunds are not given.

• Written Test: Please be advised to arrive the test venue before 8:30 am(if your test starts at 9am)or 12:30 pm(if your test starts at 1pm) on the test day.
• Speaking test: Please arrive the test venue and check in 30 minutes before the scheduled interview.

• You are permitted to take one pencil and water in a transparent bottle which do not show any English vocabulary or logo on it. 
• Other personal stationery or items (wallet, hat, correction fluid, highlighters etc) are not permitted in the test venue. Personal belongings must be left in the designated area which will be locked once the test begins. Please try not to bring valuables (e.g. earrings or any other accessories) to the test venue as Metro Language Academy cannot be responsible for these.  
• NO food and drink is allowed. 

Mobile phones and electronic equipment are strictly prohibited inside the test venue. Please switch them off and leave them with your personal belongings. Violators will be disqualified.
